Sam brings an extensive knowledge of New York City real estate and a strong professional background to his clients to help navigate their real estate transactions.
 
After graduating from Vanderbilt University, Sam spent a decade working in advertising leading global and national campaigns for top international brands including Procter & Gamble, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Samsung. Sam consistently earned the trust of his clients by bringing an insights-driven and digital-focused vision to the planning process while simultaneously guiding them through challenging circumstances and maneuvering through complex project workstreams, big personalities, and quick lead times. The transition into real estate was smooth for Sam, as he was able to easily apply his experience in marketing, research, and negotiation into his new role.
 
Sam prides himself in making his clients’ real estate experiences as smooth as possible, leaning on his tact and supporting them throughout the entire process. His drive and relentless commitment to achieving his clients’ desired results make Sam an incredibly strong advocate.
 
Having lived in several neighborhoods both in Manhattan and Brooklyn, Sam has deep personal knowledge about New York City’s many neighborhoods. He currently resides in Brooklyn Heights. Outside of real estate, you can find Sam running along Brooklyn Bridge Park, finding the city's next best restaurant, experiencing a new show on Broadway, and exploring the city’s many art museums.
