Kiley Olsen

As Operations Manager for Turnstone Advisory, Kiley oversees the systems, structure, and client experience that keep every transaction running smoothly. Over the past three years, she has become an essential part of the team’s success, ensuring each client receives thoughtful, precise, and proactive support from first meeting to closing.

Raised in a real estate family in South Boston, where both her mother and grandfather owned brokerage firms, Kiley learned early on that the business is built on relationships, integrity, and attention to detail. Her experience renovating and managing a Cape Cod vacation property further strengthened those values—refining her sense of design, organization, and hands-on problem-solving that she brings to every transaction today.

A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Kiley began her career in film production before moving into hospitality as a Concierge at The Mercer Hotel. Those experiences sharpened her communication, organization, and client-service skills—qualities that now define her professional approach.

After years as a serial mover—having lived in neighborhoods from Union Square and SoHo to the West Village, Red Hook, Crown Heights, Bushwick, Hamilton Heights, and Greenpoint—Kiley is armed with extensive, firsthand knowledge of New York City’s many corners. She has since settled in Harlem with her fiancé, their daughter, and their two French Bulldogs, Boozy and Lux.

Outside of work, Kiley enjoys weekend getaways, beach trips, and exploring new places together.
